Information on delivery times and methods.                                                          My aim is for you to enjoy my smoked salmon as a unique experience. Every stage of the process including packing and posting is handled by me.

All orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. I include sufficient gel ice to keep your purchase in perfect condition for up to 3 days.

All orders are insured for their full value in case of failure to be delivered or damage caused by Royal Mail.

All orders must be 'signed' for upon receipt.
